Join us for a special poetry reading at ’Uba Seo: Nisenan Arts & Culture, with an introduction by Tribal Spokesperson Shelly Covert.

Former Nevada County Poet Laureates Molly Fisk and Kirsten Casey will read original poems by Nevada City Rancheria Nisenan Tribal members, along with works by Native poets and their own original compositions.

CHIRP’s Visibility Through Art collaborating artists and poets, Gavrilla Nikhila and Bishop Randall, will share original poems connected to the current exhibition at ’Uba Seo, including pieces inspired by their long-standing work with the Tribe.
